摘要
原发性胆汁性肝硬化(primary biliary cirrhosis,PBC)常合并多种自身免疫性疾病。本文报道1例以反流性食管炎为首发表现的原发性胆汁性肝硬化。
Primary biliary cirrhosis（ PBC） often combines with a variety of autoimmune diseases. One case of primary biliary cirrhosis with reflux esophagitis as the starting symptom was reported in this article.
