摘要
以云南省陆良县小百户镇中坝村农业水价综合改革试点为例,分析了目前农业水价形成存在的问题,提出了改革思路和方案,总结出了农业水价综合改革的经验,为我国农村尤其是半山区、丘陵区实现水利设施有管护、农业生产有水用、农民增收有保障提供示范经验。
In order to find solutions for problems existed in agricultural water pricing system, pilot project of Zhongba Village in Yunnan Province was selected for summary of experiences and study. Reform plan and ideas are worked out so as to make demonstration for operation and maintenance of water structures, provide sufficient water for agricultural production and increase of farmers’ income.
