河北省中心村农民需求调研及分析

Investigation and Analysis of Farmer Demand in Central Villages of Hebei Province

通过对河北省中心村试点地区1000户农户的调查发现,农民对收入、医疗和就业方面不满意率最高,农民家庭收入水平低且增长乏力,农村教育领域存在"短板"、医疗条件和食品药品安全状况堪忧、劳动者权益保障水平有待提高。因此,必须加强生产服务,拓展农民生计空间;切实推进义务教育均等化,促进教育公平发展;实施差异化扶持政策,加快健全城乡社会保障体系。

The investigation of 1000 peasant households in the pilot area of the central village of Hebei Province shows that farmers are most unsatisfied about income, medical care and employment. The farmer family income is low, there is short slab in rural education, the medical condition and food and drug safety is grim, and the level of laborer＇s rights and interests needs improving. Therefore, it is essential to enhance production service, broaden farmers＇ livelihood space, promote equal compulsory education and fair education, carry out differentiation policy support policy and accelerate the process of urban and rural social security system construction.
