摘要
为了获得卡尔费休库仑法微量水分测定仪示值误差的不确定度,通过将被校仪器测量值与标准物质标准值两者差值作为卡尔费休库仑法微量水分测定仪示值误差,依据JJG044-2008《卡尔·费休库仑法微量水分测定仪检定规程》、JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》等文献,评定出卡尔费休库仑法微量水分测定仪示值误差的不确定度。
In order to obtain the uncertainty of indication error of Karl Fischer coulometric determination microscale water content determinator, the difference of the measured value of calibrated instruments and the standard values of standard material is taken as the indication error of Karl Fischer coulometric determination microscale water content determinator. According to JJG044-2008 "Vertification Regulation of Karl ·Fischer Coulometric Determination Microscale Water Content Determinator", JJF1059.1-2012 "Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty" and other literatures, the uncertainty of Karl Fischer coulometric determination microscale water content determinator is evaluated.
