新常态下智慧城市与新型城镇化建设研究

Research on the Wisdom City and New Urbanization Construction under the New Normal

智慧城市与新型城镇化建设是我国新常态形式下发展的必由之路,两者存在的密不可分的辩证统一关系。智慧城市与新型城镇化建设过程中遇到协调机制不健全、结构性调整难度较大、公共服务不到位、技术障碍与资金短缺、环境保护等突出问题。在中国经济进入新常态背景下,从统筹规划、经济转型升级、基础设施建设、信息化技术四个方面提出了推进智慧城市和新型城镇化建设具体应对措施。

Wisdom city and new urbanization is the only way for the development of China under the new normal form, there is the inseparable dialectical unification relation between the two. The problems of the coordination mechanism is not sound, structural adjustment is difficult, public services are not perfect, the technical barriers and shortage funds and environmental protection are in the process of urbanization construction of wisdom city and new urbanization. Under the background of China＇s economy into the new normal, this paper puts forward the specific measures to promote the construction of wisdom city urbanization and new urbanization from four aspects of the overall planning, economic transformation and upgrading, the construction of infrastructure, information technology.
