摘要
半导体激光器是一种敏感性器件,不仅受自身制造工艺的影响,还受环境因素的干扰。本文首先利用matlab理论模拟了激光器的输出功率与环境温度的关系,同时通过实验平台的搭建,开展了不同温度梯度下对激光器输出功率的影响实验。验证了在一定温度范围内激光器输出功率大小与环境温度成反向增长的关系。
Semiconductor laser is a sensitive device, not only influenced by its manufacturing process, also by environmental factors, first of all, using matlab to simulate the theory of the laser output power with the environment temperature, and then through the construction of the experimental platform, carried out under different temperature gradient's influence on the laser output power. Verified in a certain temperature range laser output power to reverse the growth of the relationship between environment temperature rising.
