2010年～2014年新疆医科大学第一附属医院损伤与中毒患者统计分析

目的:分析某综合医院住院病人的损伤中毒分布特征,探讨损伤中毒的发生规律及变化趋势,为实施有效的干预措施和分类指导提供科学依据。方法:收集某院2010年-2014年因损伤中毒住院的17522例病人的住院病案,对损伤中毒发生情况进行回顾性调查。结果:住院损伤中毒患者男性多于女性,女性5428人,男性12094人,男女比例为2.21:1;各年龄组中青壮年组(15岁-44岁)损伤中毒患者最多;损伤与中毒外部原因中跌倒、交通事故、撞击伤、锐器伤及机械伤害分别位居前5位。结论:社会应针对各类损伤与中毒积极防范,加大健康教育和法制宣传,提高人群的自我防范意识,预防和控制损伤与中毒的发生。

Objective： Analysis the distribution characteristics of injury and poisoning inpatients in a general hospital, to investigate the occurrence regularity and trend of injury and poisoning, providing the scientific basis for taking effective implement to in＇ervention measures and classification guidance. Methods： Collected the hospital medical record of 17522 cases of patients hospitalized in the injury and poisoning from 2010 to 2014 in a hospital, take an investigation on the occurrence of the injury and poisoning. Results： Injury and poisoning patients hospitalized more men than women, 5428 women and 12094 men , the male to female ratio was 2.21：1. The young adults group （15-44 years old ） of each age group have the most injury and poisoning patients. And the fall, traffic accident, impact injury, sharp injuries and mechanical injury are among the top five. Conclusion： Society should be aimed at taking active prevention of all kinds of injury and poisoning enhancing the health education and legal publicity, improve self-awareness of prevention, prevention and control the occurrence of injury and poisoning.
