摘要
晶界扩散处理技术是将重稀土附着于钕铁硼磁体表面并通过高温处理过程使其扩散渗入磁体内部的技术。与传统技术相比较,该技术能用少量重稀土大幅提高磁体矫顽力而剩磁几乎不变。总结和归纳了已公开报道的晶界扩散处理技术成果,还详细论述了该技术最新研究。
Grain boundary diffusion(GBD)technique is able to drastically increase the coercivity of the Nd-Fe-B sintered magnet but merely decreasing the remanence just with little amount of heavy rare earth(HRE),which is achieved by attachment and subsequent high-temperature diffusing process of the HRE.The GBD research results that have been reported so far,and then,the very new improvement of the technology and theoretical study progress is also shown.
