摘要
PCR是分子生物学中常用的实验技术手段,在揭示生命现象规律方面发挥了至关重要的作用。目前在进行PCR实验操作时,因为PCR反应体系设计不合理而导致实验失败的事例较多。因此,从优化PCR反应体系的角度出发,对提高PCR反应效率进行探讨。
Polymerase Chain Reaction（PCR） technology is commonly used in molecular biology experiments, which played a vital role in terms of reveals life phenomenon law. Now in the PCR laboratory procedures, more and more PCR experiment were failure examples because the not reasonable design PCR reaction system. Therefore, this article discussed the perspective of the PCR reaction system to improve the efficiency of the PCR reaction.
