摘要
以2-乙基己醇和环氧氯丙烷为原料,经两步反应合成得到2-乙基己基缩水甘油醚,同时对合成条件进行了优化。研究结果表明,最优的开环条件为:反应温度为60℃,催化剂用量为0.5%,2-乙基己醇与环氧氯丙烷投料摩尔比为1∶4,反应时间为5 h;最佳的闭环条件:反应温度为50℃,NaOH与环氧氯丙烷的摩尔比为1.2∶1,反应时间6 h。在最佳条件下,2-乙基己基缩水甘油醚的收率为92.7%。通过核磁共振(NMR)和红外光谱(FT-IR)对产物进行了表征。
The 2-ethylhexyl glycidyl ether was synthesized from 2-ethylhexanol and epichlorohydrin via two reaction steps under the optimized conditions. The optimum conditions for ring-opening reaction was as follow: catalyst was 0.5 % mol, the molar ratio of 2-ethylhexanol and epichlorohydrin was 1 : 4, reaction temperature was 60℃, reaction time was 5 h; The optimum conditions for ring-closing reaction was as follow: the molar ratio of NaOH and Epichlorohydrin was 1.2 : 1, reaction temperature was 50 ℃, reaction time was 6 h. The 2-ethylhexyl glycidyl ether was obtained in 92.7 % yields under optimal conditions. The target product was confirmed by NMR and FT-IR.
