广东茂名油页岩人工熟化生烃时温关系预测 被引量:1

Time-temperature Correspondence Relationship Prediction of Artificial Maturation for Oil Shale from Maoming Basin of Guandong Province

摘要 油页岩自然条件下的生烃是在低温条件下经过漫长的地质年代完成的,若能对油页岩进行人工加热,则可以大大缩短生烃时间。为了获得油页岩人工熟化生烃的时间与温度关系,需要花费很长的时间来进行实验,这限制了物理实验模拟方法的应用,为此文中采用理论方法来分析茂名油页岩的时温关系。采用茂名市羊角镇的油页岩样进行了热解实验,得到室温至900℃范围内的失重率与温度变化数据。根据实验数据建立了热解动力学模型,利用ABSE微分法求得表观活化能与频率因子等动力学参数。由热动力学参数可得到在恒温条件下油页岩生烃完成所需时间与温度的关系,这对优化油页岩地下干馏时温参数具有重要的理论指导意义。 It takes too long to generate hydrocarbon for oil shale under natural low temperature condition. It can shorten time of hydrocarbon generation by heating oil shale. It will take long time to conduct experiments to obtain time-temperature correspondence relationship, so it limits the application of physics experiment simulation method. Therefore, the relationship was analyzed by theory method in the paper. An experiment of pyrolysis for oil shale from Yangjiao town in Maoming city was carried out, and datas of weight loss and temperature between room temperature to 900 degrees Celsius were got. Pyrolysis kinetics model was established according to experimental datas, and differential kinetics parameters such as apparent activation energy and frequency factor are obtained by the method of ABSE .The relationship between time and temperature under the condition of constant temperature was obtained by kinetics parmeters. It provides theoretical guidance for optimizing time and temperature parameters of in-situ underground retorting.
