ABS塑料次磷酸钠化学镀镍工艺的研究

摘要 本实验以ABS塑料为基体,以次磷酸钠为还原剂,研究化学镀镍的基本工艺,考察了p H以及温度对镀镍效果的影响。利用DMJ金相显微镜和X射线衍射分析仪观察并分析了不同实验条件下的镀层形貌和成分,实验表明,最佳工艺参数为次磷酸钠浓度30 g/L,p H为8.5,温度为75~80℃。 The basic process of electroless nickel plating was discussed using ABS plastic as the substrate, hypophosphite as reducing agent. The effects of pH and temperature on nickel plating were investigated. The composition and morphology of the plating under different condition were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and metalloscope. The results showed that the optimal condition is hypophosphite concentration being 30 g/L. pH being 8.5, temperature being 75480℃.
