摘要 为了分析评价茶皂素生物质基环保膨胀阻燃涂料的阻燃抑烟性能,通过锥形量热仪(CONE)试验研究了2种不同方法制备的茶皂素环保膨胀阻燃涂料试样的热释放、烟释放等阻燃产烟性能指标。研究结果表明,反应型茶皂素膨胀阻燃涂料具有优越的阻燃性能,且生烟量少,有效降低火灾的危害程度,但由于膨胀碳层的形成使得燃烧不完全,CO释放量增加;复合型茶皂素膨胀阻燃涂料有一定的阻燃效果,能延迟烟气产生,但烟气和热量释放量较大。 The heat release and smoke release of two kind of biomass-based tea saponin flame retardant coatings prepared with different methods, was studied by using cone calorimeter(CONE), in order to evaluated and analyzed its flame retardancy and smoke suppression performance. The results show that reactive type tea saponin intumescent flame retardant coatings have superior performance, and less smoke release, which effectively reduce the degree of fire hazard, but due to the formation of carbon layer enables the expansion of incomplete combustion, CO emissions increased. Biomass-based compound saponin flame retardant coatings performed a certain flame retardancy, and delayed smoke generation, while the smoke and heat release is larger.
