磷钨酸催化脱水法合成肉桂酸乙酯

摘要 肉桂酸乙酯是一种香料,存在于天然苏合香中有水果花香香气。肉桂酸乙酯用于调制日用香精、食用香精等,它的作用涉及到各个领域。关于肉桂酸乙酯的合成方法曾有过多篇相关的报道。本篇研究的是用磷钨酸作催化剂采用脱水法来合成肉桂酸乙酯。考察了各种因素对酯收率的影响,得到了反应的最佳条件。实验表明当醇酸物质的量之比为13∶1,催化剂用量占反应物总质量的2.7%,吸水剂用量占反应物总质量的27%,反应时间为3 h时酯的收率最高达84.0%。 Ethyl C innamate is one kind of the ester spices. There is fragrance of flowers of fruit to natural Su while shutting fragrantly to exist. Ethyl Cinnamate is used for modulating daily essence, flavoring essence, etc. Its function involves each field. Ethyl Cinnamate is synthetic perfume. There are many relevant reports about the synthetic methods. Page this research to make with TungStophosphric acid catalyst and in the method of dehydration to synthesis Ethyl Cinnamate. Have investigated the impact on esterification rate of various kinds of factors, has got the optimum condition reacting. The results show that the yield of the ester can reach 84.0 % under the molar ratio of alcohol to acid 13 : 1, the amount of catalyst is 2.7 % (based on the total reactants), the amount of the dehydration is 27 % of the total reactants while the reaction time is 3.0h.
