摘要
细菌培养技术是目前检测食源性病原菌常规方法,但进入活的非可培养(VBNC)状态的细菌却无法使用常规方法进行检测。文章对比了目前常用的几种VBNC状态细菌的检测方法的优缺点,旨在为今后的食源性病原菌的检测提供更多的研究思路。
Culture detection method is often used in food-borne pathogenic bacteria. However, food-borne pathogenic bacteria are neglected by this conventional way. Several detection methods of the VBNC of bacteria were compared, analyzed the merits and the defects. To provide more insights for the detection methods of food-borne pathogenic bacteria.
