活的非可培养状态细菌检测方法的研究进展

细菌培养技术是目前检测食源性病原菌常规方法,但进入活的非可培养(VBNC)状态的细菌却无法使用常规方法进行检测。文章对比了目前常用的几种VBNC状态细菌的检测方法的优缺点,旨在为今后的食源性病原菌的检测提供更多的研究思路。

Culture detection method is often used in food-borne pathogenic bacteria. However, food-borne pathogenic bacteria are neglected by this conventional way.
