西门子S7-400H PLC在循环水装置的应用

摘要 针对西门子S7-400H PLC的高可靠性,从其概念和主要特点入手,简述在循环水装置改造上的整体控制方案。通过结合装置中高压泵需增设总管压力低联锁,达到梯次自启目的这一具体实例,从信号采集、程序编译、与上位机监控画面的对应,这些方面进行了简单论述。实践证明,满足了对工业循环水的自动化监控要求。 Aiming at the high reliability of the SIEMENS PLC S7-400H, this paper briefly introduces the overall control scheme of the transformation of the circulating water device from the concept and main characteristics. By combining device in high-pressure pump should be installed duct pressure low, the interlock to echelon from the start to the specific instance, compiled from the signal acquisition, program, the correspondence with the PC monitor screen, these aspects were briefly. Practice has proved that meet the requirements of the automatic monitoring of industrial circulating water.
