Rapid and Accurate Determination of Hydrogen Content in High Hydrogen Silicone Oil by Alkaline Hydrolysis Contrast Method

提供一种适用于工厂快速测定高含氢硅油产品中含氢量的简易方法,其原理是利用含氢硅油中的Si-H键与氢氧化钾溶液反应生产氢气,通过准确测定所产生的气体体积数,再折算成每克产生的气体体积数与在相同条件下测定的已知含氢量的高含氢硅油(标样)的每克体积数比对,从而快速判定测定样品含氢量。

A simple method was found to rapidly detect the hydrogen amount of high hydrogen-containing silicone oil products. The Si-H bonds in hydrogen silicone oil reacts with potassium hydroxide solution to produce hydrogen. Under the same experimental condition, the amount of hydrogen produced by samples as well as standards were detected accurately. By comparing the mount of hydrogen produced by samples to that amount of standards, the mount of hydrogen of hydrogen-containing silicone oil products were got.
