高职专业实训基地建设及运行管理模式研究

The Research of the Construction and the Operation Management Mode of the Practical Training Base in Vocational College

文章以化工装备技术专业为例,探讨了高职院校实训基地的建设思路及其运行管理模式。指出以主干专业为核心,构建多元化的、辐射整个专业群的实训基地是目前我国职业院校开拓实训基地的有效途径;提出了实现校内外实训基地有效、长久运行的管理方法。

The paper takes the Chemical Equipment Technology as an example, mainly discussing the construction of the practical training base in vocational college and its operation management mode. Point out that the effective way to construct the practical training base is rounding the major profession to construct a divers, radiating the group of profession practical training base; Forward a managing method to make the inside and outside the school running effectively and permanently.
