经济与教育的并行发展对人才培养模式提出了新的要求,结合近些年教育实践,通过分析目前安全工程专业的发展,针对应用型人才培养,分析教育教学中存在的主要问题,提出关于培养模式改革的几点建议,提高学生就业竞争力。

The parallel development of economy and education puts forward new requirements on talent training mode, through the analysis of the development of the safety engineering, in view of the applied talents cultivation, the paper analyzes the main problems existing in the education teaching, puts forward some Suggestions on reform of the education mode and improves the competitive ability of the students employment.
