摘要
目的探讨肿瘤患者化疗时的护理风险管理效果。方法选取2013年8月至2014年7月所收治的152例肿瘤化疗患者作为作为对照组,分析护理过程中出现的护理差错及患者满意度,同时选取2014年8月至2015年7月所收治的152例肿瘤化疗患者作为研究组,在该时间段对我院肿瘤科进行风险管理,调查护理差错与患者满意度。结果实施护理风险管理以后,护理质量得到了明显的提高,患者满意度也得到了显著提升,(P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。结论对肿瘤放疗患者实施护理风险管理,能够促进护理质量的提高,满足患者需求,患者满意度得到了很大的提高,应用价值显著,值得进行推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of nursing risk management during cancer chemotherapy. Methods To choose between August 2013 and July 2013, 152 cases treated by tumor chemotherapy patients as control group, to analyze the nursing errors appeared in the process of nursing and patients satisfaction, at the same time to choose between August 2014 and July 2014, 152 cases treated by tumor chemotherapy patients as a team, in the time period to the risk management of department of oncology, nursing error and patient satisfaction survey. Results After the implementation of nursing risk management, to improve the nursing quality obviously, patient satisfaction has been significantly increased,（P0.05） difference is statistically significant. Conclusion The nursing risk management in patients with tumor radiotherapy, can promote the improvement of nursing quality, meet the demand of patients, patients satisfaction obtained the very big enhancement, application value, worthy of popularization and application.
