运用品管圈降低脑病中心住院患者跌倒发生率的探索

Using Quality Control Circle to Reduce Patients with Encephalopathy Center in Hospitalized of the Incidence of Tumble

目的探讨运用品管圈对降低脑病中心住院患者跌倒发生率的影响。方法运用品管圈理论进行管理与分析导致神经内科住院患者发生跌倒的原因,并提出解决对策予以实施后,进行效果评价。结果住院患者跌倒发生率由0.21%降低到0.05%,提高住院患者满意度。结论品管圈活动的开展激发护理人员参与管理的意识,有效降低患者跌倒的发生率。

Objective To discuss of using quality control circle（QCC））to reduce patients with encephalopathy center in hospitalized of the incidence of tumble of influence. Methods Neurology hospital patients with fall of cause analyzed by using QCC, and countermeasures were made and implemented, to evaluate the effect. Results Hospitalized patients of the incidence of tumble were reduced by 0.21% to 0.05%, and improved satisfaction of the hospital patient. Conclusion QCC activities stimulate consciousness of nurse participate in the management, effectively lower the incidence of tumble of patients.
