摘要 目的研究乳腺MRI动态增强在乳腺良恶性病变鉴别诊断的价值。方法回顾性分析我院63例乳腺MRI检查者,用常规乳腺平扫、动态增强鉴别其良恶性,与病理结果对照分析。结果乳腺恶性形态学上表现为形态欠规整,周围不同程度毛刺、蟹足状改变、邻近皮肤增厚;良性表现为边界清楚、形态规则。良性病灶在时间-信号曲线上以Ⅰ型曲线,恶性病灶以Ⅲ型曲线为主;良恶性病灶均可表现为Ⅱ型曲线;早期增强率对良恶性病灶鉴别诊断意义较低,峰值时间以3分钟为界良恶性病灶鉴别有意义。 Objective To study the MRI dynamic enhancement in breast benign and malignant breast lesions of the diagnosis value. Methods Retrospective analysis 63 cases of breast MRI inspectors, with regular breast scan and dynamic enhanced scan, to identify the benign and malignancy, then contrast analysis with the pathological results. Results Breast malignant morphology on the performance of morphological owe neat, burr, crab foot shape change, different level around nearby, skin thickening. Good performance for the boundary clear, morphological rules. Benign lesions at the time-signal on the curve to the Ⅰ type curve, malignant lesions is given priority to with type Ⅲ curve; benign and malignant lesions are characterized by type Ⅱ curve; significance to differential diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions early enhancement rate is low, the peak time for 3 minutes to identify meaningful benign and malignant lesions. Conclusion Breast MRI dynamic enhancement is important to the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions.
