摘要
目的分析青少年患者自体牙移植术效果及预后。方法对于2009年至2011年,年龄在11~16岁行自体牙移植术的病例进行追踪。通过口腔检查及X线片检查评价牙移植成功率;通过患者满意度调查评价牙移植效果。结果 28例青少年自体牙移植4年成功率为92.8%。存留率为96.4%。患者满意度达91%。结论自体牙移植术在治疗青少年恒牙缺失中效果良好。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of tooth autotransplantation in adolescences. Methods 28 tooth autotransplantation cases, aged 11-16 years old, from 2009 to 2011, were traced in 4 years. The achievement ratio is evaluated from the clinical examination and the X-ray examination. The effect is evaluated from the degree of satisfaction with questionnaire. Results 28 tooth autotransplantation cases in 4 years study, the achievement ratio is 92.8%, and the degree of satisfaction is 91%. Conclusion Tooth autotransplantation has a good effect in the treatment of permanent teeth deletion in adolescences.
