护理干预对老年慢性心力衰竭患者的影响

The Influence of Nursing Intervention on Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的探讨护理干预对老年慢性心力衰竭患者的影响。方法收集2013年1月至2015年1月我院诊断为慢性心力衰竭的老年患者,按入院顺序分为:110例研究组和110例对照组。两组均接受规范的心内科护理,研究组加用护理干预。对比1研究组和对照组护理前和护理后6 min步行试验行走距离。2研究组和对照组护理前和护理后生活质量评分。结果研究组和对照组护理前6 min步行试验行走距离及生活质量评分结果比较无差异(P>0.05),护理后6 min步行试验行走距离及生活质量评分结果比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论本次研究认为护理干预能够明显提高老年慢性心力衰竭患者的生活质量,改善心功能。

Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Elderly patients diagnosed with chronic heart failure from January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital were collected, according to admission order they were divided into 110 cases in study group and 110 cases in control group. Both groups received standard cardiology nursing, study group added nursing intervention. Results There were no differences between study group and control group in the walking distance of 6 minute walking test（6MWT） and quality of life scores before nursing intervention（P 〉0.05）, yet there were differences between the two groups after nursing intervention（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion This study suggests that nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life of elderly patients with chronic heart failure, and improve heart function.
