观察中药熏蒸与康复护理相联合用于骨折术后的疗效

Observation of Curative Effect of Chinese Herbal Medicine Fumigation Combined with Rehabilitation Nursing on Fracture

目的观察中药熏蒸与康复护理联合用于骨折术后的疗效。方法 800例骨折术后患者随机分两组,即实验组与对照组。对照组采用常规的护理治疗,实验组在此基础上采用中药熏蒸与康复护理相联合的方法进行治疗,2个月之后观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组和对照组的总有效率分别为98.75%和75.00%,实验组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在对骨折术后患者进行治疗时,中药熏蒸与康复护理相联合的方法可以起到明显且迅速的改善作用,值得推广。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Chinese herbal medicine fumigation and rehabilitation nursing combined for fracture. Methods 800 cases of fracture patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Control group received routine nursing, experimental group was treated with the combination of Chinese medicine fumigation and rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The experimental group of effectiveness was significantly higher than the control group. Results The total effective rate of experimental group and control group were respectively 98.75% and 75.00%, and the experimental group of effectiveness was significantly higher than the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and rehabilitation nursing in treatment of patients with fracture can improve obviously and quickly, worthy of promotion.
