对台山地区泌尿系结石患者其结石化学成分的分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨分析台山地区泌尿系结石患者其结石的化学成分,为当地泌尿系结石的防治工作提供可靠的参考依据。方法 :将2013年6月~2015年6月期间在我院泌尿外科进行治疗的227例泌尿系结石患者的结石作为研究对象。我院通过对患者进行排石治疗或手术治疗得到其结石样本,使用点滴反应法检验这些结石样本的化学成分。结果 :检验结束后,在这227例患者中,泌尿系结石为单一成分的患者有88例,所占的比例为38.77%,泌尿系结石为多种成分的患者有139例,所占的比例为61.23%。其中,检出率最高的成分为草酸钙,所占的比例为51.10%,其次为碳酸盐和尿酸,所占的比例依次为37.89%和24.67%。结论 :广东省台山地区泌尿系结石患者其结石的化学成分以草酸钙为主。对泌尿系结石的化学成分进行分析,对预防此病具有重要的指导意义。此方法值得在临床上推广应用。 Objective To provide theoretical basis of clinical personalized treatment and prevention recurrence for patients with urinary stones, by analyze urinary tract stone compositions for patients from Taishan District in Guangdong. Method The urinary stones in this study were excluded naturally or performed extraeorporeal shock'-wave lithotripsy, which were analyzed by the drop reaction method. Results Urinary stones were more often found in male patients than that in female, and the ratio was 1.44:1, The upper urinary tract stones were more frequently found than the lower urinary tract stones. Six types of chemical components were detected in calculi, and mixed components stones were found in most cases. The detection rate of calcium oxalate was highest in all the chemical components, accounting for 67.35%, followed carbonated apatite(25.61% )and uric acid composition(23.85% ). Conclttsion Urinary tract stone compositions for patients from Talshan District in Guangdong, the detection rate of calcium oxalate was highest in all the chemical components, it is significant to analyze the urinary stone composition for investigating the canse of stones , and preventing stone formation and recurrence, and worth further development.
