摘要
以某垃圾焚烧厂烟气为热源,设计了ORC余热发电系统,选择不同工质分析了该ORC余热发电系统的热力性能、经济性及节能减排效益,筛选了循环工质和ORC系统排烟温度,并计算了节约的标煤量和减少的二氧化碳、氮氧化物排放量,可为工程设计提供参考依据。
Taking the incineration plant flue gas as a heat source, an ORC cogeneration system was designed. This paper analysis the thermodynamic properties, economy and energy saving benefits of the ORC cogeneration based on different working fluid. The best working fluid and the exhaust system temperature were obtained. The savings of standard coal and reduce the amount of carbon dioxide and nitrogen oxide emissions were calculated at last,which can provide a reference for engineering design.
