摘要
以贵州省镍铁矿渣为主要骨料原料,粒径<0.15mm的镍铁矿渣磨成粉后利用其硅质、铝质等成分,激发其潜在活性替代部分胶凝材料,制备一种复合保温砌块。对镍铁矿渣的化学成分、矿物质、放射性、重金属离子浸出毒性以及制成复合保温砌块的性能等进行了研究;提供了镍铁矿渣综合利用途径,促进镍铁矿渣就地即产即用的推广应用,产品满足国家资源综合利用和绿色建材的相关政策。
This paper studies the chemical composition, minerals, radioactivity, heavy metals leaching toxicity offerronickel slag and the performance of the composite insulation block. In addition, it provides utilization means offerronickel slag, and promotes the popularization and application of ferronickel slag locally, the products meet therelevant national policy of comprehensive utilization of resources and green building materials.
