摘要
目的:观察四君子汤加味联合注射用红花黄色素治疗Ig A肾病的疗效。方法:临床总共观察病例90例,随机分为治疗组48例,对照组42例,对照组给予氯沙坦钾片口服,治疗组在对照组基础上给予四君子汤加味联合注射用红花黄色素治疗,观察30d。对比观察两组治疗的有效率。结果:治疗组总有效率为77.1%,对照组总有效率为52.4%,治疗组临床疗效更为显著(P<0.01),治疗组在减少血尿、蛋白尿方面与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四君子汤加味联合注射用红花黄色素治疗Ig A肾病临床疗效好。
Objective： The Sijunzi decoction plus Honghua Huang injection on Ig A nephropathy was observed in treatment. Methods： 90 cases were randomly divided into treatment group of 48 patients, the control group of 42 patients. The control group was given losartan potassium tablets; another group took the Sijunzi decoction plus the Honghua Huang injection more for 30 days. Results： The total efficiency in the treatment group was 77.1%, and in the control group was 52.4%（P〈0.01）; in the treatment group, reducing hematuria, proteinuria were better than those in the control group; the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Sijunzi decoction plus the Honghua Huang injection on Ig A nephropathy showed confirmed efficacy.
