毫针骨膜下平刺法对冈下肌损害性疼痛的临床治疗体会

Clinical experience for treating muscle damage pain by TCM acupuncture

目的:分析毫针骨膜下平刺法治疗冈下肌损害性疼痛的效果,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:选取我院在2013年7月-2014年6月收治的冈下肌损害性疼痛患者86例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组患者采取常规方案治疗措施,治疗组患者采取毫针骨膜下平刺法治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者的治疗总有效率(95.3%)明显高于对照组(74.4%),P<0.05。结论:采用毫针骨膜下平刺法治疗冈下肌损害性疼痛有非常好的效果,操作便捷,具有推广使用价值。

Objective： To analyze clinical effects of acupuncture on muscle damage pain, providing a reference for clinical treatment. Methods： 86 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group; patients in the control group took conventional therapy; the treatment group took acupuncture. Results： The total efficiency in the treatment was 95.3%, significantly higher than 74.4% in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Acupuncture on muscle damage pain has a very good therapeutic effect, with convenient operation.
