参苓白术散辅助治疗支气管哮喘及过敏性鼻炎的临床意义

Clinical efficacy of Senling Baizhu San on bronchial asthma plus allergic rhinitis

目的:探讨参苓白术散辅助治疗支气管哮喘及过敏性鼻炎的临床意义。方法:选择我院2012年2月-2015年2月收治的支气管哮喘合并鼻炎患者86例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组经口吸再经口呼布地奈德气雾剂,治疗组经口吸再经鼻呼布地奈德气雾剂,加中药参苓白术散加减用药。护理人员对于患者雾化吸入的方法、步骤和技巧给予正确指导。结果:两组患者经治疗和护理12周后,治疗组哮喘完全控制38例(88.37%),显著优于对照组29例(67.44%);两组患者治疗前后PEF测定值为治疗组(431.92±80.00)m L/min,显著高于对照组的(390.44±87.00)m L/min;治疗组鼻炎控制有效率(97.67%)显著高于对照组的有效率(79.07%)(P<0.01)。结论:参苓白术散联合药物治疗支气管哮喘及过敏性鼻炎,临床效果显著,护理及培养病人的良好情绪也有助于提高治疗支气管哮喘及过敏性鼻炎的临床效果。

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of Senling Baizhu San on bronchial asthma plus allergic rhinitis. Methods： 86 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 43 cases in each group. The control group received budesonide aerosol and conventional treatment; the treatment group received Senling Baizhu San more. Methods, procedures and techniques of inhalation were guided by nurses. Results： In 12 weeks, in the treatment group, 38 cases（88.37%） were cured, better than 29 cases（67.44%） in the control group. PEF was（431.92 ± 80.00） m L/min in the treatment group, significantly higher than（390.44 ± 87.00） m L/min in the control group; the total efficiency was 97.67% in the treatment group and 79.07% in the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Shenling Baizhu San plus other medicine was effective on bronchial asthma plus allergic rhinitis. Clnical nursing and keeping good spirits were also effective on the diseases.
