美洛昔康联合白芍总苷胶囊治疗类风湿性关节炎90例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 90 cases of atrophic arthritis with Meloxicam plus Total Glucosides of Paeony capsules

目的:观察美洛昔康联合白芍总苷胶囊治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例患者随机分为治疗组49例和对照组41例,两组均给予美洛昔康分散片治疗,治疗组加用白芍总苷胶囊,治疗12周。结果:治疗组和对照组临床疗效总有效率分别为91.8%、75.6%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明治疗组临床疗效优于对照组;两组治疗后安全性比较:第1个疗程结束后,治疗组和对照组不良反应发生率分别为14.3%、39.0%,第3个疗程结束后治疗组和对照组不良反应发生率分别为18.3%、36.5%。两组安全性比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组在安全性方面均优于对照组。结论:美洛昔康联合白芍总苷胶囊治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of Meloxicam plus Total Glucosides of Paeony capsules on atrophic arthritis. 90 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（49 cases） and the control group（41 cases）. Two groups were given Meloxicam; and the treatment group was treated with Total Glucosides of Paeony capsules more, 12 weeks as a course. Results： The total efficacy in the treatment group was 91.8%, better than 75.6% in the control group. In one course, adverse reaction in the treatment group was 14.3%, lower than 39.0% in the control group. In 3 courses, adverse reaction in the treatment group was 18.3%, lower than 36.5% in the control group. Differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Meloxicam plus Total Glucosides of Paeony capsules on atrophic arthritis shows a significant effect, and was worthy of promotion.
