三拗汤合止嗽散治疗小儿外感久咳44例

Treating 44 cases of cough from cold with the San'ao decoction plus Zhisou San

目的：观察三拗汤合止嗽散治疗小儿外感久咳的临床疗效。方法：将86例符合诊断标准的外感久咳患儿随机分为治疗组44例,对照组42例,治疗组用三拗汤合止嗽散加味,每日浓煎100~200m L,分2~3次口服,对照组服用愈美颗粒和酮替芬,治疗7d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。结果：治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：三拗汤合止嗽散治疗小儿外感久咳优于单纯西药组,临床疗效明显,无不良反应。

00m L per day. ThObjective： To observed clinical efficacy of the San＇ao decoction plus Zhisou San on cough. Methods： 86 cases were divided into the treatment group（44 cases） and control group（42 cases）. The treatment group received the San＇ao decoction plus Zhisou San, 100~2e control group took the Yumei granules and Ketotifen, 7 days as 1 course, for 2 cousers. Results： The total efficiency was better in the treatment group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Efficacy of the San＇ao decoction plus Zhisou San was better, without adverse reactions.
