大黄粉贴敷神阙穴结合天枢穴拍打治疗糖尿病便秘的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating diabetic constipation by pasting the Shenque acupoint and patting the Tianshu acupoint

目的:观察大黄粉贴神阙穴结合拍打天枢穴治疗糖尿病患者便秘的临床效果。方法:将2014年3月-2015年3月在我科住院的糖尿病并便秘的68例患者按随机对照原则分为治疗组和对照组两组,每组各34例。对照组给予拍打天枢穴;治疗组给予拍打天枢穴同时配合大黄粉贴神阙穴;观察两组患者使用不同方法的效果和有效率。结果:治疗组7d总有效率为91.1%,对照组3d总有效率为52.9%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且无不良反应。结论:大黄粉贴敷神阙穴结合天枢穴拍打能显著改善糖尿病便秘,缩短排便时间,值得临床推广运用。

Objective： To explore clinical effects of pasting the Shenque acupoint and patting the Tianshu acupoint on diabetic constipation. Methods： 68 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group（34 cases） and control group（34 cases）. Patients in the control group were patted the Tianshu acupoint; patients in the treatment group were pasted the Dahuang powder on the Shenque acupoint more. The efficacy was observed. Results： The total efficiency was 91.1% in the treatment group in 7 days, and 52.9% in the control group in 3 days（P〈0.05）, without adverse reactions. Conclusion： Pasting the Shenque acupoint and patting the Tianshu acupoint can significantly improve symptoms and shorten the time of defecation, and was worthy of promotion.
