摘要
王祥麒教授认为,恶性肿瘤化疗后外周神经毒性的病因病机可归纳为气血亏虚、瘀血阻络。恶性肿瘤患者本就正气已虚,加之化疗药物乃大毒之品,而使正气更虚,久则血虚,气血亏虚而无以濡养四肢及指趾,使瘀血阻于经络,出现麻木及感觉减退症状。
Professor Wang Xiangqi thought that Qixue Kuixu and Yuxue Zuluo could be regarded as the pathogenesis of peripheral neurotoxicity after chemotherapy. Malignant tumor patients showed Qixu. Toxic chemotherapy drugs could aggravate symptoms. Over time, there was blood stasis, so that the limbs showed numbness and sensory loss symptoms.
