股骨近端髓内钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折40例分析

Treating 40 cases of intertrochanteric fractures

目的:观察应用股骨近端髓内钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法:笔者用股骨近端髓内钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折40例,进行临床观察。结果:40例患者均有不同程度的好转。结论:股骨近端髓内钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效显著。

Objective： To observe efficacy of the proximal femoral nail on intertrochanteric fractures. Methods： PFN was applied in treating 40 cases of intertrochanteric fracture. Results： All 40 patients were improved. Conclusion： Clinical efficacy was stisfactory for intertrochanteric fractures significantly.
