中医分期治疗脑梗死的临床思路

TCM treatment for cerebral infarction in differentiation

目的:对中医分期辨证治疗脑梗死的效果进行分析探讨。方法:将我院130例脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组65例患者行西医常规治疗,观察组65例患者在西医常规治疗的基础上行中医分期辨证治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果及并发症发生率与死亡率。结果:观察组治疗有效率为83.08%,对照组治疗有效率为66.15%,观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。观察组的并发症发生率及死亡率明显低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:对脑梗死患者采用中医辨证分期治疗能够有效提高治疗效果,降低并发症的发生率,值得临床推广借鉴。

Objective： To explore efficacy of TCM differential treatment on cerebral infarction. Methods： 130 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, and the control group of 65 patients underwent conventional western medicine; 65 patients in observation group took TCM differentiation plus conventional western medicine. Results： The response rate was 83.08%, better than 66.15% in the control group, P〈0.05; the difference was statistically significant. In the observation group morbidity and mortality were significantly lower, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Patients with cerebral infarction in TCM differentiation treatment can effectively improve efficacy.
