清宫祛瘀汤治疗药物流产后出血的疗效观察

Efficacy of the Qinggong Quyu decoction on bleeding after drug abortion

目的:探讨清宫祛瘀汤治疗药物流产后出血的疗效,为药物流产后出血的临床治疗提供理论依据。方法:本研究选取了2012年4月-2013年4月我院收治的120例药物流产患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例,对照组患者常规服用米非司酮及米索前列醇,观察组患者在对照组用药的基础上加用清宫祛瘀汤治疗,对比两组患者药物流产后的出血情况。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者药物流产后多量出血的例数明显减少,少量出血的例数明显增多(P<0.05),且观察组患者药物流产后的平均出血时间明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论:清宫祛瘀汤治疗药物流产后出血具有良好效果,值得推荐。

Objective： To investigate efficacy of the Qinggong Quyu decoction on bleeding after drug abortion. Methods： 120 cases of medical abortion were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 60 cases in each group; the control group took General Mifepristone and misoprostol; the observation group was given the Qinggong Quyu decoction. Results： Compared with the control group, patients with large amounts of bleeding significantly were more reduced significantly（P〈0.05）; the mean bleeding time were significantly shorter（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Qinggong Quyu showed good efficacy, and is recommended.
