摘要
目的:观察从"痰邪"论治腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:观察组28例均采用自拟祛痰方药内服治疗,对照组28例均采用甘露醇、红花注射液静脉滴注治疗。结果:观察组总有效率为85.71%,高于对照组的78.57%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:从"痰邪"论治腰椎间盘突出症效果显著,具有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of TCM therapy on lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 28 cases took TCM prescription; in the control group, 28 cases took mannitol and the Honghua injection. Results： The total efficiency was 85.71%, higher than 78.57% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM treatment on lumbar disc herniation showed a significant effect, with better clinical value.
