糖尿病足是糖尿病的严重并发症之一,是导致糖尿病患者截肢甚至死亡的重要原因。应从0级糖尿病足入手,预防糖尿病足的发生。笔者有幸跟随简小兵教授学习,受益匪浅,特将其治疗0级糖尿病足的经验做一总结。

Diabetic foot is one of the serious complications of diabetes, and an important reason of amputation even death. Prevention should start from 0 grade diabetic foot. The author had the privilege to learn from Professor Jian Xiaobing, and reaped greatly. In this thesis, clinical experience of Prof. Jian was summarized.
