贝那普利联合中成药治疗糖尿病肾病疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of benazepril plus TCM medicine on diabetic nephropathy

目的:对贝那普利结合中成药在糖尿病肾病疾病治疗中的临床效果进行探讨。方法 :选取2014年1月-2015年1月所收治的82例糖尿病肾病患者作为观察的对象,按就诊先后顺序将全部患者分成对照组与观察组,前者予以贝那普利,后者予以贝那普利联合中成药(参麦注射液),然后对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察。结果:治疗后,两组患者的BUN、Cr、24h UAE等指标明显低于本组治疗前,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的BUN、Cr、24h UAE等指标与对照组治疗后相比,明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病肾病患者采取贝那普利联合中成药(参麦注射液)进行治疗,疗效确切,且可有效改善各项实验室指标,值得大力推广。

Objective： Clinical effects of benazepril plus TCM medicine was explored in treating diabetic nephropathy. Methods： 82 patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided into the control group and the observation group; the former took benazepril; another group took the Shenmai injection. Results： After treatment, BUN, Cr, 24 h UAE and other indicators in both groups was significantly lower than before treatment（P〈0.05）; BUN, Cr, 24 h UAE and other indicators in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Benazepril plus the Shenmai injection on diabetic nephropathy is effective, and worthy of promotion.
