桂枝加附子汤玉屏风散治疗慢性鼻炎的临床效果分析

Treating chronic rhinitis in TCM

目的:分析桂枝加附子汤、玉屏风散治疗慢性鼻炎的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析本院2014年2月-2015年2月收治的84例慢性鼻炎患者临床资料,按照数字表法将患者分成两组,对照组患者采取西医治疗,研究组患者采取中医桂枝加附子汤玉屏风散治疗,比较两组疗效及复发情况。结果:研究组患者治疗总有效率(90.48%)大于对照组的52.38%,研究组患者的复发率为2.38%,明显低于对照组的28.57%,比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝加附子汤玉屏风散治疗慢性鼻炎效果良好,具有改善症状迅速显著、复发率低等优点。

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of TCM medicine on chronic rhinitis. Methods： 84 patients with chronic rhinitis were divided into two groups; the control group took western medicine; the study group was given the Guizhi Fuzi decoction plus Yupingfeng San. Results： In the study group, the total efficiency was 90.48%, higher than 52.38% in the control group; the incidence of relapse in the study group was 2.38%, less than 28.57% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Guizhi Fuzi decoction plus Yupingfeng San on chronic rhinitis can get good effects, with a significant improvement in the symptoms.
