枳术散热敷腹部治疗结肠癌术后胃肠功能紊乱临床观察

Clinical observation on treating cladding gastrointestinal dysfunction after abdominal surgery colon cancer

目的:探讨枳术散热敷腹部治疗结肠癌术后胃肠功能紊乱的作用。方法:选择符合条件的患者60例,分为治疗组30例,对照组30例。结果:两组在肠鸣音恢复、肛门首次排气、排便方面进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:枳术散热敷腹部治疗结肠癌术后胃肠功能紊乱效果确切,值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of Zhizhu San heat treatment on colon cancer gastrointestinal function. Methods： 60 patients were divided into treatment group of 30 patients, 30 cases in the control group. Results： Recovery of bowel sounds, first time anal exhaust, defecation in the treatment group were compared with the control group, with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Zhizhu San heat treatment for colon cancer after abdominal gastrointestinal disorders appears an exact effect, and is worthy of promotion.
