复方黄柏液治疗早期肛裂92例临床研究

Clinical research on treating 92 cases of anal fissure with the compound Huangbai lotion

目的:归纳复方黄柏液治疗早期肛裂患者的临床疗效数据,验证其对该病是否具有确切疗效。方法:通过收集91例早期肛裂患者,随机分为两组,其中对照组45例,实验组46例。对照组采用常规西药加中药熏洗治疗,实验组采用复方黄柏液加中药熏洗治疗。收集治疗前后相关数据,进行统计分析。结果:其中对照组总有效率为82.22%,试验组总有效率为92.48%(P<0.05)。结论:复方黄柏液治疗早期肛裂疗效满意,值得推广。

Objective： To summarize clinical data of the compound Huangbai lotion for anal fissure. Methods： 91 patients were randomly divided into the control group for 45 cases, 46 cases of the experimental group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine and TCM fumigation; the experimental group took the compound Huangbai lotion plus TCM fumigation. Results： In the control group, the total efficiency was 82.22%, less than 92.48% in the treatment group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The compound Huangbai lotion for early anal fissure is worthy of promoting.
