简析临床合理应用中药及药学监护

Clinical application of TCM pharmaceutical inspection

当前对于临床药学的运用相对而言是比较广泛的,因此如何开展中药及药学监护在临床中的有效运用,对于提高疗效和提升医学价值是相对重要的。在我国的医药宝库中,中成药以及中草药一并称为中药,相对于其他药品来说,如果在进行实践的过程中由于医师的疏忽大意或者其他原因造成中成药的应用没有按照国家的标准严格执行,那么不仅不会给患者带来有利的疗效,还会导致不良反应的发生。又因为中成药应用比较普及,出现差池所造成的影响也比较明显。本文分析我国临床运用中药及药学监护的现状,并在实践的基础上提出了结合西药的PC方法来促进和优化当前中药的临床应用合理性。

In China, pharmacology was developed well and widely, and therefore how to carry out effective application of TCM pharmaceutical care should need important criterion. For TCM medicine, with respect to other drugs, the TCM medicine should follow the strict national standards. In this paper, based on clinical medicine and rational use of pharmaceutical care, brief conduct and practice were analyzed and investigated for better clinical application of TCM medicine.
