白癜风是一种获得性的色素性疾病,病因复杂,以局限性或泛发性色素脱失和黑素细胞选择性破坏等为特征,约有35%的白癜风患者在儿童时期发病,给患儿及家庭带来很大的心理负担。我科室采用308nm准分子光对患儿进行治疗,并给予全面护理,取得了满意的疗效。

Vitiligo is an acquired pigmentation diseases, with complex etiology, characterized by localized or generalized depigmentation and selective destruction of melanocytes. The first onset in childhood was 35% approximately, and gave children and families a great deal of stress. 308 nm high power excimer light plus comprehensive nursing was given to patients, and achieved satisfactory results.
