Hand diagnosis is under the guidance of the basic TCM theory, as auxiliary diagnostic methods, plays an important role in clinical diagnostics. With domestic and foreign literature, based on the history of the hand diagnostic aspects, principle, classification, hand manifestations for common diseases and precautions in clinical practice were systematically summarizd, analyzed, to improve the hand diagnostics development and provide the scientific basis and reference materials.
