复方玄驹胶囊联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗IgA肾病血尿疗效观察

Effective observation on treating hematuresis form Ig A nephropathy with the Fufang Xuanju capsules plus salvianolate

目的:观察复方玄驹胶囊联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗Ig A肾病血尿的疗效。方法:观察病例69例,随机分为治疗组36例,对照组33例,对照组给予奥美沙坦酯片、双嘧达膜片口服,治疗在对照组基础上给予复方玄驹胶囊联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗,观察4周。对比观察两组治疗的有效率及对血尿的治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率为75.0%,对照组总有效率为51.5%,治疗组临床疗效明显(P<0.05),治疗组在减少Ig A肾病血尿方面与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方玄驹胶囊联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗Ig A肾病血尿疗效好。

Objective To observe clinical efficacy of the Fufang Xuanju capsules plus salvianolate on hematuresis form IgAnephropathy. Methods： 69 cases were divided into the treatment group （36 cases） and control group （33 cases）. The control group tookOlmesartan Medoxomil tablets and Dipyridamole diaphragm. The treatment group took the Fufang Xuanju capsules plus salvianolate more,for 4 weeks. Results： The total efficiency was 75% in the treatment group and 51.5% in the control group （P〈0.05）. Hematuresis form IgAnephropathy was decreased significantly in the treatment group. Conclusion： The Fufang Xuanju capsules plus salvianolate was effective onhematuresis form IgA nephropathy.
