三伏贴敷贴预防小儿季节性感冒226例的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on preventing 226 children from the seasonal flu with the Sanfu plaster

目的:对比评价三伏贴敷贴与常规未采用任何措施预防小儿季节性感冒的预防效果。方法:随机选择本市第一幼儿园的226例儿童,分为两组,试验组112例用三伏贴敷贴于膻中,天突,大椎,风门,肺腧等穴位。对照组114例未采用任何预防措施。结果:没有发生小儿季节性感冒的两组总有效率分别为95.54%和77.19%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:三伏贴敷贴预防小儿季节性感冒的临床效果明显优于未采用任何预防措施的预防效果。

Objective A clinical control trial between conventional measures group and the Sanfu plaster group was performed in 226children. Methods： In the experimental group, 112 cases accepted the Sanfu plaster at the acu-points. Results： The clinical efficiency for fluprevention were 95.54% and 77.19% respectively （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The Sanfu plaster can do prevent from clinical pediatric seasonalflu better.
