活血法在治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的应用

Treating lumbar disc herniation by the Huoxue therapy

目的:探讨活血法在LIDH治疗中的应用。方法:临床常用补肾活血法、温经活血法、补气活血法、活血通络法、活血利水法、活血型中成药静滴法、活血法配合外治,对其进行总结、归纳。结论:中医治疗LIDH,无论辨证论治还是外治,配合活血法疗效更佳。

Objective To investigate efficacy of the Huoxue therapy on LIDH. Methods： The Bushen Huoxue therapy, the WenjingHuoxue therapy, the Buqi Huoxue therapy, the Huoxue Tongluo therapy, the Huoxue Lishui therapy, TCM medicine intravenous drip andthe Huoxue therapy plus external treatment were applied in clinical treatment. All therapies were summarized and analyzed in this paper.Conclusion： Treating LIDH in TCM plus the Huoxue therapy could obtain better effects.
